Paper Submission
Online Paper Submission (Opening in mid-October 2026)
The submission link will be activated on this page as soon as the system opens.
- All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the Online Paper Submission Portal (EDAS), accessible from this page. Authors may choose one of two formats, both in two-column layout: a one-page abstract, published in the Conference Proceedings only, or a three-to-four-page regular paper, published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®. Both formats are eligible for oral or poster presentation. Microsoft Word templates for each format are available below. All submitted manuscripts must be camera-ready and compliant with general IEEE standards, and hardcopy submissions will not be accepted.
- In addition to tutorials and workshops, APEMC 2027 has two types of scientific sessions: “Regular Sessions” and “Special Sessions”. Regular Sessions consist of contributed papers only, while Special Sessions are arranged by the Session Organizers. When submitting a paper, authors will be asked to select the one session topic that best matches the content of the paper for review. There are 16 session topics for the Regular Sessions:
- EMC Management and Standards
- EMC Measurements and Instrumentation
- Electromagnetic Environment and Low Frequency EMC
- Transient EMC and High Power Electromagnetics
- Power System EMC, Smart Grid, and Power Electronics
- System-Level EMC and Protection
- Transportation and Aerospace EMC
- Antenna and Wave Propagation
- IC and Electronic Packaging EMC
- Signal and Power Integrity (SI/PI)
- EMC in Emerging Wireless Technologies (5G/6G, IoT, WPT)
- Computational Electromagnetics & Multiphysics
- Biomedical Electromagnetics & EMF Safety
- Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials for EMC
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) in EMC
- Others
Authors invited to a Special Session should select the corresponding Special Session when submitting their paper.
